Business Law Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Business Law Attorney to join the legal team at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and negotiator with an in-depth understanding of business law, intellectual property rights, and legal processes. We are looking for an individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will bring an exceptional level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to their role within the organization.The successful candidate should possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and must be a member in good standing with the New Mexico State Bar. Candidates with experience in a legal setting and a demonstrated knowledge of court proceedings, legal research, and legal writing are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze complex legal issues, develop creative solutions, and present their findings in an organized and professional manner. Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent LANL on legal matters

• Draft legal documents, including contracts and pleadings
