Job Description

Love's Travel Stops is looking for an experienced Regional Operations HR Business Partner to join our team. The Regional Operations HR Business Partner will be a key member of the HR team, responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR direction to our business and operations teams. This position requires an individual with excellent problem-solving skills, sound business acumen, and the ability to develop and execute effective HR initiatives.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including experience in human resources, operations, or a closely related field. In addition, they should have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for HR and a commitment to excellence, then this may be the job for you.
