- Maintain accurate and detailed reports of all security incidents and investigations.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience for all customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on security procedures and techniques.
- Act as a liaison between the store and law enforcement agencies.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards related to asset protection.
- Collaborate with other store departments to identify and address any potential security vulnerabilities.
Prior Security Or Loss Prevention Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In The Security Or Loss Prevention Industry, Preferably In A Retail Setting.
Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: Asset Protection Agents Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Cctv Surveillance, Access Control Systems, And Emergency Response Plans.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Asset Protection Agent, It Is Important To Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Employees, And Law Enforcement Personnel.
