Conduct regular patrols throughout the store to identify and address any potential security risks or threats.
Monitor surveillance cameras and investigate any suspicious activity or behavior.
Collaborate with store management and team members to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
Conduct thorough investigations into any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
Monitor inventory levels and implement measures to prevent loss or shrinkage.
Train and educate store employees on security procedures and protocols.
Work closely with law enforcement agencies to report and resolve any criminal activity.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all employees and customers.
Maintain accurate records of all security incidents and follow up on any necessary actions.
Stay informed on the latest security and loss prevention techniques and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with any security-related concerns or inquiries.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Respond promptly to any emergency situations and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Operations, to address any security-related issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques: A Successful Asset Protection Agent At Lowe's Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Be Able To Identify Potential Security Risks. This Includes Knowledge Of Surveillance Systems, Alarm Systems, And Other Security Measures.
Experience In Investigative Techniques: Asset Protection Agents Should Have Experience In Conducting Investigations Related To Theft, Fraud, And Other Security Incidents. This May Involve Reviewing Surveillance Footage, Interviewing Witnesses, And Compiling Evidence For Potential Legal Action.
