Lowe's is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a CDL Delivery Driver. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our customers while delivering our products safely and on time. Safely operate and maintain a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company and state regulations.
Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Load and unload products in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Report any delivery or customer service issues to management promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any required documentation.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with warehouse and store teams to ensure efficient and organized delivery processes.
Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, both inside and out.
Represent the company and its values in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl): The Candidate Should Possess A Valid Cdl License With The Appropriate Class For The Vehicle They Will Be Operating.
Clean Driving Record: A Cdl Delivery Driver Should Have A Clean Driving Record With No Major Traffic Violations Or Accidents In The Past Three Years.
Experience In Commercial Driving: Prior Experience In Commercial Driving Is Preferred, Especially In Delivery Or Transportation.
Physical Fitness: The Job Of A Cdl Delivery Driver Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, So Physical Fitness Is Essential For This Role.
Customer Service Skills: As A Delivery Driver For Lowe's, The Candidate Will Interact With Customers And Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Provide A Positive Experience.
