We at Lowe's are excited to announce a new opening for a Corporate Merchandising Analyst. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of retail analytics and a passion for helping our customers to shape the merchandising strategy for Lowe's.To be successful in this role, the Corporate Merchandising Analyst should have a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in retail analytics or a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with merchandising and marketing principles is a must. Responsibilities:

-Analyze retail data to identify trends and opportunities to improve Lowe’s merchandising strategy

-Develop and implement merchandising initiatives to help Lowe’s stay competitive

-Collaborate with the merchandising team to create, manage, and optimize product assortments, pricing, and promotions

-Manage and analyze customer data to identify customer needs and preferences

-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

-Develop and present reports to the merchandising team to support strategic decisions

-Provide ongoing support to the merchandising team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations

-Stay up to date on the latest retail trends and advancements in merchandising technology
