Field Security Manager

Lowe's is looking for an experienced Field Security Manager who can develop and enforce strategies to ensure the safety and security of our staff, customers, and facilities. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field• At least five (5) years of experience in security management• Knowledge of security principles, industry best practices, and applicable laws and regulations• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously• Current knowledge of security systems and technologies• Knowledge of surveillance equipment and systems• Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of Lowe’s staff, customers, and facilities. • Monitor security systems and technologies to ensure they are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations. • Investigate security incidents and violations and document findings. • Train staff on security protocols and procedures. • Perform regular security audits to identify potential risk areas and develop action plans to address any deficiencies. • Assess security needs and develop strategies to maintain a secure environment. • Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance to customers and staff. • Supervise and coordinate security personnel. • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies. • Monitor and analyze security trends and provide recommendations for improvement. • Maintain records and documentation of security activities. • Provide timely and accurate reports to management.
