Field Security Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage all security operations across Lowe's locations.
2. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
3. Train and lead a team of security personnel in the execution of their duties.
4. Investigate and respond to incidents of theft, vandalism, or other security threats.
5. Maintain a record of security incidents and provide regular reports to management.
6. Coordinate with local law enforcement personnel to ensure the safety of all Lowe's locations.
7. Ensure safety of employees and customers by implementing appropriate security measures.
8. Monitor security systems, such as alarm systems and CCTV, and take appropriate action when necessary.
9. Remain up-to-date on relevant security trends and best practices.
10. Report any suspicious activity to senior management.
