Job Description

Lowe's is looking for an experienced Field Security Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage security risks, protect our assets, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We are looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of security and safety protocols. You should have a degree in a related field, such as criminal justice, public safety, or security management, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a security-related role. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective security strategies to manage risks, protect assets, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Monitor and evaluate security systems and procedures to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date.
Respond to security incidents, investigate any potential violations, and take appropriate action.
Monitor and investigate suspicious activities, trends, and threats to property or personnel.
Train and supervise security personnel and ensure they are up-to-date on safety protocols.
Develop crisis management plans and coordinate emergency response efforts.
Maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures for staff, visitors, and contractors.
Provide security reports and updates to management.
Oversee security budget and manage costs.
