- Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR systems, specifically UKG/Kronos, to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

Extensive Experience With Ukg/Kronos Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Hands-On Experience With Ukg/Kronos Software In A Hr Systems Management Role. They Should Be Familiar With All Aspects Of The System, Including Time And Attendance Tracking, Payroll Processing, And Data Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Hr Systems Manager, This Role Will Require The Candidate To Troubleshoot System Issues, Analyze Data, And Make Recommendations For Process Improvements. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Using Data To Identify And Solve Problems In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
