Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Serve as a knowledgeable and reliable resource for customers, providing expertise on home improvement products and services.
Conduct in-home consultations with customers to assess their needs, offer recommendations, and provide quotes for products and services.
Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively advise customers.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals set by management.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory levels.
Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Maintain a neat and organized work area, ensuring all displays and products are properly stocked and labeled.
Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Represent Lowe's in a professional manner at all times, both in-store and during off-site events or promotions.
