Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in their own homes.
Utilize expert knowledge of home improvement products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Conduct in-home consultations to accurately assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Demonstrate strong sales skills to effectively promote and upsell products and services.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Knowledge Of Home Improvement Products And Services: As An In Home Consultant At Lowe's, Candidates Must Have A Strong Understanding Of The Various Products And Services Offered By The Company. This Includes Knowledge Of Building Materials, Appliances, And Home Décor.
