  1. Develop and maintain insurance and risk management programs to safeguard company assets and minimize financial losses.
  2. Research and analyze potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Monitor and evaluate insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential risks and implement risk management processes.
  5. Review and assess current risk management procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to insurance and risk management.
  7. Prepare and present reports on insurance and risk management activities to senior leadership.
  8. Conduct regular audits to assess insurance coverage and identify any gaps or areas for improvement.
  9. Work closely with insurance brokers, underwriters, and other external partners to negotiate favorable terms and rates.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and other stakeholders.
  11. Train and educate employees on risk management protocols and procedures.
  12. Stay informed about any incidents or claims and provide support in their resolution.
  13. Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with insurance and risk management laws and regulations.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance policies and claims.
  15. Act as a liaison between the company and insurance providers, handling any inquiries or issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Insurance And Risk Analysis, Preferably In A Retail Or Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Policies And Risk Management Strategies.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Able To Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Risk Manager (Crm) Or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (Cpcu) Preferred.
