Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
Utilize forecasting and planning methods to accurately predict inventory needs.
Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions about inventory levels.
Collaborate with purchasing and merchandising teams to determine inventory needs and optimize product assortment.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize profitability.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper placement and organization of products on the sales floor.
Communicate with store managers and team members to address any inventory issues or concerns.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market demands to make informed decisions about inventory.
Train and mentor other team members on inventory management processes.
Participate in team meetings and provide input on inventory-related topics.
Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and optimize inventory management.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Inventory Planning Or Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency In Inventory Management Software And Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
