- Assist customers with loading their purchases into their vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized cart corral area.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Ensure the safety of customers and their purchases during the loading process.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating loading equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Strength And Stamina: A Loader/Cart Associate Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift Heavy Items, Push Carts, And Load/Unload Merchandise For Extended Periods Of Time.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Front-Line Employee, A Loader/Cart Associate Must Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Assist Customers With Their Purchases And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.
Knowledge Of Merchandise Handling And Safety Procedures: It Is Important For A Loader/Cart Associate To Have An Understanding Of How To Handle Various Types Of Merchandise And Operate Equipment Safely To Prevent Damage And Injury.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Lowe's Is A Busy Retail Environment, And A Loader/Cart Associate Must Be Able To Work Quickly And Efficiently To Keep Up With Customer Demand.
