As a Loader/Cart Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly by assisting customers with loading and unloading their purchases and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our shopping carts. - Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
- Ensure that all shopping carts are clean, organized, and available for customer use.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store's loading area.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks to move merchandise and assist customers.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and employees.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other team members to provide a positive shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed.

Physical Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Materials: This Job Requires The Ability To Lift And Maneuver Heavy Items, Such As Bags Of Mulch Or Large Appliances, On A Regular Basis. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Knowledge Of Loading And Unloading Procedures: Experience With Loading And Unloading Trucks, As Well As Knowledge Of Proper Lifting Techniques And Equipment, Is Important For This Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Safely Load And Secure Items Onto Carts Or Trucks For Transport.
Customer Service Skills: As A Loader/Cart Associate, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Strong Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Provide Assistance, Are Essential For This Role.
Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Important When Loading And Unloading Merchandise, As Well As When Keeping Track Of Inventory. Candidates Should Have Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure That Items Are Loaded Correctly And Inventory Records Are Accurate.
