Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Brand Management for our Private Brands at Lowe's. As a leader in the home improvement industry, our Private Brands are an essential part of our business and play a crucial role in our success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the strategy for our private label brands, ensuring their continued growth and success.   1. Develop and implement overall brand strategy for Lowe's Private Brands, including setting goals, objectives, and KPIs.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation within the Private Brands portfolio.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sourcing, marketing, and merchandising to ensure timely and successful launch of new products and initiatives.
  4. Monitor and evaluate competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities, and adjust brand strategy as needed.
  5. Manage and allocate budget for Private Brands, including forecasting and tracking expenses to ensure optimal ROI.
  6. Work closely with product development team to ensure quality and consistency of Private Brands products, and make recommendations for improvements or changes when necessary.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of brand managers to drive successful execution of brand strategy and achieve business objectives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers and vendors, to ensure high-quality products and competitive pricing for Private Brands.
  9. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions for Private Brands, both in-store and online.
  10. Monitor sales performance and consumer feedback for Private Brands, and make recommendations for improvements to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in brand management to continuously improve and innovate the Private Brands portfolio.
  12. Represent Lowe's Private Brands at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on market trends and competitors.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain buy-in and support for Private Brands initiatives.
  14. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, related to Private Brands.
  15. Continuously track and report on key performance indicators for Private Brands, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on opportunities for improvement and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Strategic Branding Initiatives To Drive Business Growth.
