Maintain and update displays and merchandising layouts in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
Ensure products are accurately labeled and priced.
Regularly monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or excesses.
Collaborate with store management and other team members to plan and execute merchandising strategies.
Conduct regular store walk-throughs to assess visual appeal and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure all products are properly stocked and organized on shelves, racks, and displays.
Work closely with vendors to receive and set up new products and promotional displays.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in merchandising and retail industry.
Train and mentor new team members on merchandising procedures and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Adhere to safety guidelines and report any safety hazards immediately.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and locating items for customers.
Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company.
Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline merchandising processes.
