Job Description

The Merchandising Service Manager at Lowe’s is a highly visible and influential role at our store, as they’re responsible for ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and have access to the products they need. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual to fill this position. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as three years of retail experience with at least one year in a managerial role. If you have the right qualifications and a passion for helping customers, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement a customer-centric service strategy in the store.
  2. Create a positive shopping experience for customers in the store.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and manage a team of sales associates to ensure that customer service standards are met.
  5. Supervise and monitor the daily operations of the store.
  6. Ensure that all merchandising is properly displayed and well-stocked.
  7. Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales.
  9. Ensure that store safety and security protocols are followed.
  10. Train and mentor store staff in customer service, sales, and merchandising.
