- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and merchandising, to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
- Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a role model and mentor for staff, promoting a positive work culture and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Or Warehouse Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Supply Chain Processes.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Computer Systems Used For Tracking And Reporting.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field Preferred.
