Receive and stock incoming merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and priced.
Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and communicating with management about restocking needs.
Organize and maintain the stockroom and sales floor to ensure a clean and organized shopping experience for customers.
Assist customers in locating and selecting products, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to unload and sort incoming shipments.
Operate equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize merchandise.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Keep track of damaged or defective products and report them to management.
Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure efficient store operations.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store layout to assist customers in finding products.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to ensure efficient stockroom and store operations.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

Strong Organizational Skills: As A Receiver/Stocker, You Will Be Responsible For Managing And Organizing Inventory In The Store. This Requires A High Level Of Organizational Skills To Ensure Products Are Stored In The Correct Location And Easily Accessible For Customers.
Physical Stamina And Strength: This Job May Involve Heavy Lifting, Pushing, And Pulling Of Merchandise, As Well As Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Therefore, Physical Stamina And Strength Are Important Qualifications For This Role.
Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Crucial When Receiving And Stocking Merchandise, As Even The Smallest Mistake Can Lead To Inventory Discrepancies. Attention To Detail Is Essential To Ensure All Products Are Accounted For And In Their Correct Location.
Inventory Management Experience: Previous Experience Working With Inventory Management Systems And Processes Is Highly Beneficial For This Role. This Includes Skills In Counting, Tracking, And Recording Inventory Levels Accurately.
Customer Service Skills: As A Member Of The Lowe's Team, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Having Strong Customer Service Skills Is Important For Providing Assistance And Answering Questions About Products And Store Layout.
