  1. Lead a team of sales associates in providing exceptional customer service to all Lowe's customers.
  2. Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
  3. Ensure that all associates are trained and knowledgeable in the products and services offered by Lowe's.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  5. Monitor and track sales performance, providing guidance and support to improve results.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with other department supervisors and store management to achieve overall store objectives.
  8. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  9. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Conduct regular meetings and trainings to communicate sales goals, updates, and expectations.
  11. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with appropriate departments to ensure product availability.
  12. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  13. Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  14. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating sales associates.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Sales Floor Department Supervisor At Lowe's Must Possess Excellent Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team Of Sales Associates.

  • Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Experience, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Drive Sales And Meet Targets.
