- Develop and design innovative and engaging learning solutions for Lowe's training programs.
- Lead instructional design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and meet the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.
- Utilize adult learning principles and best practices to create engaging and impactful training materials.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve and update existing training programs.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in instructional design to bring innovative ideas to Lowe's training programs.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior instructional designers to support their professional growth and development.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure all training materials are consistent with Lowe's brand and standards.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective And Engaging Learning Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Subject Matter Experts.
