We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Operations Consultant to join the Lowe's team. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to store operations teams to ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.To be successful in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to multitask and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in store operations, retail, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist store operations teams in achieving their goals and objectives.
- Provide advice and guidance on store operations, customer service, and other related topics.
- Develop and implement store operations strategies and procedures.
- Monitor store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Work with store management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor store operations teams.
- Assist with the development and implementation of store operations systems and processes.
- Monitor customer service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure store operations are adequately stocked.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor at all times.
