Job Description

Lowe's is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support to store operations and other departments. We are looking for someone who is capable of driving sales and profitability through data-driven decisions and has a keen eye for process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in retail/operations analysis. Proven experience in developing and analyzing financial models is highly desired. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and be able to think strategically and act tactically. A strong understanding of retail operations and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results is also essential.

Responsibilities:

Analyze store operations and provide operational and analytical support to store operations and other departments.
Develop and analyze financial models to drive sales and profitability.
Identify areas of improvement and develop processes to optimize store operations.
Utilize data to create reports and provide recommendations to management.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and create strategies for improvement.
Participate in new store set-up and store closure activities.
Provide training and support to store personnel.
Maintain and update store operations documents.
Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to resolve operational issues.
