Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Sort, label, and arrange products in designated areas within the warehouse.
Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of items received.
Maintain inventory levels by accurately recording stock movements and conducting regular stock counts.
Prepare outgoing orders by picking and packing products according to company standards.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store items.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Communicate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
Assist with customer orders and inquiries as needed.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
Support and promote a culture of exceptional customer service.
