Job Description

At LVMH, we are looking for an experienced Change and Operational Effectiveness Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing a wide range of change and operational effectiveness initiatives across the organization. This is a highly visible role that requires an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact and delivering successful outcomes.The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with strong management and communication skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. They should have a deep understanding of change management principles and a proven track record of successful project management. It is essential that the successful candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or Organizational Development, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.We are seeking a motivated and driven individual who is able to work independently and collaboratively, and who is passionate about driving positive change and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a wide range of change and operational effectiveness initiatives across the organization.
  2. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful outcomes.
  3. Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  4. Set objectives and goals for the change and operational effectiveness team.
  5. Monitor and assess the progress of change and operational effectiveness initiatives.
  6. Support the development and implementation of best practices for change and operational effectiveness initiatives.
  7. Utilize project management tools and techniques to ensure successful outcomes.
  8. Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  9. Collaborate with other teams and departments to support the successful execution of change and operational effectiveness initiatives.
  10. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful completion of tasks.
  11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  12. Provide timely reports to upper management on the progress of change and operational effectiveness initiatives.
