Responsibilities: • Provide world-class customer service to LVMH clients • Maintain positive relationships with clients, responding to their needs in a timely manner • Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information and services • Utilize customer service software and tools to effectively handle customer inquiries • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to feedback and reviews • Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of the fashion and luxury goods industry • Utilize sales techniques and strategies to convert leads into customers • Remain up-to-date on product and service offerings • Develop creative solutions to customer-related issues • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
