
Director-IT Business Engagement, Finance & HR
We are looking for an experienced Director-IT Business Engagement, Finance & HR to join the LVMH team. At LVMH, we believe in creating an environment that fosters collaboration and success, and the successful candidate will have a passion for driving our IT strategy forward.This role requires an individual with a strong business acumen and the ability to understand the needs of all stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to quickly learn and understand the technical aspects of the role while also having the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business engagement, finance and HR, ideally in a large international organization. Additionally, the candidate must have a degree in a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to make decisions and solve problems in a complex and rapidly changing environment. We are looking for someone with the drive to think outside the box and make a real impact on our IT strategy. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT business engagement strategies to ensure alignment with the LVMH business strategy.
- Ensure that all stakeholders’ needs are met in an effective and timely manner.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze IT systems performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Create and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of IT systems and strategies.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure that IT initiatives are delivered in a timely manner.
- Liaise with other departments to develop and implement IT projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
