Director-IT Business Engagement, Finance & HR

We are looking for an experienced Director-IT Business Engagement, Finance & HR to join the LVMH team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business engagement, finance and HR, ideally in a large international organization. Additionally, the candidate must have a degree in a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to make decisions and solve problems in a complex and rapidly changing environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement IT business engagement strategies to ensure alignment with the LVMH business strategy.
2. Ensure that all stakeholders’ needs are met in an effective and timely manner.
3. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders.
4. Monitor and analyze IT systems performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
5. Create and maintain IT policies and procedures.
6. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of IT systems and strategies.
7. Lead and mentor team members to ensure that IT initiatives are delivered in a timely manner.
8. Liaise with other departments to develop and implement IT projects.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
