Manager, CRM Data Science Analytics
At LVMH, we are looking for a Manager of CRM Data Science Analytics to join our team and help us transform our customer data into insights and strategies for our luxury brands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data specialist with the drive to make a lasting impact on our business. The successful candidate will have an extensive background in data science, analytics and customer relationship management (CRM), as well as a strong understanding of the luxury industry and how it applies to customer data analysis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess strong problem-solving skills. The Manager of CRM Data Science Analytics will be responsible for leveraging customer data and analytics to inform CRM strategies, drive customer engagement and ensure our brands’ success. In addition, this individual will support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies across the entire LVMH group. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics and CRM• Expertise in data analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and customer segmentation• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik• Understanding of the luxury industry and its impact on customer data analysis• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven CRM strategies across the LVMH group.
- Leverage customer data and analytics to inform CRM strategies and drive customer engagement.
- Develop predictive models and customer segmentation techniques to maximize marketing efforts.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present customer insights in an easy-to-understand format.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of data-driven strategies.
- Monitor and report on customer engagement and the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices in customer data analysis.
