Furthermore, the successful candidate will possess a can-do attitude and be able to deliver results under pressure.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in operations. He/She should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in MS Office and have experience with ERP systems. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives across the organization.

- Ensure that all operational procedures and processes are documented and up-to-date.
- Proactively identify and address any potential operational risks.
- Maintain a high-level of customer service satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
