Job Description

LVMH is seeking an experienced, highly detail-oriented Store Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring store activities, identifying suspicious behaviors, and developing strategies to prevent losses. To excel in this role, you must be an excellent communicator, have a keen eye for detail, and possess a proactive approach to loss prevention. Required Qualifications:• At least 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment• Proven ability to detect and deter shoplifters and other forms of theft• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to interact with customers and staff in a professional manner• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Previous experience in employee training and development • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor store activities and identify suspicious behaviors.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to prevent losses.
  3. Create and maintain detailed reports about incidents and investigations.
  4. Train and educate store personnel in loss prevention practices.
  5. Act as a liaison between store personnel and the Loss Prevention Department.
  6. Monitor surveillance footage and identify potential security risks.
  7. Investigate and document incidents in accordance with company policy.
  8. Work closely with law enforcement and other external organizations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Respond to emergency situations and diffuse potentially volatile situations.
  10. Maintain and enforce safety standards in the store.
