Job Description

M&T Bank is looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Customer Success to join our team and lead the way in delivering the best customer experience possible. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to ensure our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. We are looking for an individual with a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of customer success leadership experience, an in-depth understanding of customer journey principles, and a proven track record of delivering customer success initiatives. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success
  2. Develop customer journey principles to improve customer experience
  3. Develop and monitor customer success initiatives
  4. Monitor customer feedback and address any customer complaints
  5. Analyze customer data to identify areas of improvement
  6. Develop customer service standards and protocols
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  8. Ensure customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members
  10. Identify opportunities for customer retention and loyalty
