Teller

M&T Bank is seeking an experienced, customer service-oriented Teller to join our team! Our Tellers are the face of our bank, providing outstanding service to our customers. If you have a passion for customer service, a knack for problem-solving, and an eye for detail, this could be the job for you.As a Teller at M&T Bank, you will process customer transactions, provide product information, and answer customer inquiries. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. You should also be detail-oriented and have a strong knowledge of banking products and services. Previous banking experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
4. Follow bank procedures and guidelines for all transactions.
5. Balance teller drawer daily.
6. Adhere to all applicable banking laws and regulations.

8. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Maintain an organized and neat workstation.
10. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of banking products and services.
