Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service.
2. Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers.
4. Assist customers with their banking needs including opening new accounts, making deposits and withdrawals, and resolving any customer service issues.
5. Provide knowledgeable and helpful information to customers regarding bank products and services.
6. Monitor, balance, and reconcile accounts.
7. Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
8. Follow all banking regulations and procedures.
9. Uphold customer service excellence and strive to exceed customer expectations.
10. Work cooperatively with other departments and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
