  1. Oversee all aspects of patient pre-arrival processes to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  2. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to improve the pre-arrival process and enhance patient satisfaction.
  3. Train and supervise staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in pre-arrival processes.
  4. Monitor and analyze patient pre-arrival data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure timely and accurate pre-arrival information.
  6. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards related to pre-arrival processes.
  7. Resolve any issues or concerns related to patient pre-arrival processes in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and address any pre-arrival questions or concerns.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pre-arrival processes and procedures.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to patient pre-arrival to continuously improve processes.
  11. Work closely with the billing department to ensure accurate insurance verification and coverage for patients.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies and other external partners to facilitate pre-arrival processes.
  13. Participate in departmental and hospital-wide meetings and initiatives to share updates, ideas, and collaborate on solutions.
  14. Manage the pre-arrival budget and make recommendations for necessary resources and investments.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional manner and uphold its mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Patient Registration Or Pre-Arrival Services.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Insurance And Billing Processes, Including Medicare And Medicaid Regulations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Individuals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And External Stakeholders.
