Our ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in medicine, board certification in Orthopedic Surgery, and additional fellowship training in Hand/Upper Extremity Surgery. The successful candidate will be an experienced surgeon, dedicated to the highest standards of patient care.This position requires a true team player, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient education and satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care to patients with hand and upper extremity injuries and conditions.
- Perform advanced surgical procedures in an efficient and professional manner.
- Maintain and adhere to the highest standards of patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatments and conditions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with referring physicians and other medical professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay abreast of new developments in the field.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work collaboratively with other medical professionals on patient care.
