6. Monitor and track patient accounts, payments, and insurance reimbursements.
7. Provide customer service to patients, families, and staff.
8. Respond to patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
9. Remain knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures.
10. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports and documents.
