  1. Manage and maintain all audiovisual systems throughout the hospital, ensuring they are functioning properly and meeting the needs of staff and patients.
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all audiovisual systems, including but not limited to projectors, video conferencing equipment, and digital signage.
  3. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate and update audiovisual systems as needed.
  4. Train and educate staff on how to use audiovisual equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for any audiovisual-related issues or requests, responding promptly and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on audiovisual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in audiovisual technology, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
  8. Create and maintain documentation and guidelines for the use of audiovisual equipment and systems.
  9. Coordinate and assist with the setup and operation of audiovisual equipment for hospital events and meetings.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to all users of audiovisual systems, including patients, staff, and visitors.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of any technical issues.
  12. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures related to technology and equipment usage, maintenance, and security.
  13. Maintain inventory and stock of audiovisual equipment and supplies, coordinating with procurement as needed.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement in the hospital's audiovisual systems.
  15. Assist with special projects or initiatives related to audiovisual technology and support as assigned by supervisor.
