Job Description

Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Biostatistician Epidemiologist to join our team. This position requires a strong blend of technical and analytical skills as well as an understanding of epidemiological and statistical principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing biostatistical analyses for the purpose of generating and validating scientific and medical conclusions in the context of epidemiological studies.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics, epidemiology, and public health with the ability to quickly interpret, analyze and present data. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is highly motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.Qualifications for this position include:• Master's degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or a related field• Knowledge of epidemiological and statistical principles• Experience in data analysis and interpretation• Proven ability to design and implement biostatistical analyses• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively• Comfort with software such as SAS, R, STATA, and/or SPSSIf you have the required qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
