Job Description

Massachusetts General Hospital is looking for an experienced and innovative Clinical Operations Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical operations, project management, and process improvement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects, developing processes and providing clinical operational oversight.This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5 years of experience in clinical operations or project management, and strong communication and organizational skills. The Clinical Operations Program Manager will be a critical part of the hospital's clinical operations team and will work closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. The successful candidate should also have a collaborative approach and be able to work well with stakeholders across the organization.If you are an experienced professional with a strong background in clinical operations and project management, and have the drive to make a positive impact on the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage clinical operations projects and processes to ensure successful execution.
  2. Develop and implement process improvement techniques to increase efficiency.
  3. Work closely with the clinical and operational teams to identify and address any issues.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the organization.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide updates to all relevant parties.
  6. Analyze data and provide reports on the progress of projects.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  8. Develop and maintain standards for clinical operations and project management.
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
  10. Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure successful project outcomes.
