Massachusetts General Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, the Data Analyst will analyze data to inform decisions, develop strategies, and optimize performance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced and highly collaborative work environment.We are looking for a candidate with a combination of technical and analytical skills and the ability to think creatively. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics, and have experience working with large datasets. They should have strong knowledge of database software, spreadsheet software, and data visualization tools, and be comfortable writing SQL queries. The successful candidate should also have excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Finally, experience with healthcare data and healthcare industry is preferred.
