1. Oversee the Dietetic Internship and Community Nutrition program at Massachusetts General Hospital, ensuring the program's compliance with ACEND standards and regulations.
2. Develop and implement a strategic plan for the program, including goals, objectives, and evaluation metrics.
3. Recruit, select, and mentor a diverse group of dietetic interns, providing guidance and support throughout their training.
4. Collaborate with departmental and hospital leadership to develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and other healthcare facilities for experiential learning opportunities.
5. Design and deliver educational curriculum and materials that align with current nutrition science and evidence-based practice.
