- Oversee all aspects of the hospital's materials management, including procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and ensure efficient and effective delivery of essential materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and usage patterns to anticipate and plan for future supply needs.
- Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to understand their supply needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all materials management processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of materials management staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to materials management.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Materials Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Supply Chain Best Practices.
Experience In Budget Management And Cost Containment Strategies.
