  1. Oversee all aspects of the hospital's materials management, including procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and ensure efficient and effective delivery of essential materials.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and usage patterns to anticipate and plan for future supply needs.
  4. Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to understand their supply needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  5. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all materials management processes.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of materials management staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  8. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to materials management.
  10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and promotes a positive culture.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the materials management department and other hospital departments to facilitate communication and resolve any issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Materials Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Experience In Budget Management And Cost Containment Strategies.
