  1. Oversee all aspects of grant funding for the hospital, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with funding agencies and partners to ensure successful grant implementation.
  3. Manage and track grant budgets, ensuring all funds are utilized appropriately and within established guidelines.
  4. Work closely with department heads and project managers to identify grant opportunities and develop strategic plans for funding.
  5. Ensure all grant proposals and applications are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  6. Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of funded projects to funding agencies and hospital leadership.
  7. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to grant funding and ensure compliance.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of grant-funded projects.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all grant-related activities.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for grant-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to staff involved in grant projects.
  11. Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the grant process.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve grant management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current on best practices in grant administration.
  14. Represent the hospital at grant-related events and conferences.
  15. Promote a culture of accountability and compliance within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Grant Administration Or Management.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Grant Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
