- Provide evidence-based interventions to promote independence and improve daily function for patients.

- Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to manage their condition and improve daily functioning.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in neurorehabilitation to provide the best quality of care for patients.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative and supportive treatment approach.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of program protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintain professional development through continuing education and training opportunities.
- Represent the hospital and department in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Institution.
Current License To Practice Occupational Therapy In The State Of Massachusetts.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Outpatient Neurology.
Advanced Knowledge Of Neuroanatomy, Neurophysiology, And Treatment Techniques For Neurological Conditions.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
