  1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions based on thorough assessments and evaluations.

  8. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative and supportive treatment approach.
  10. Participate in department meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of program protocols and procedures.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
  12. Maintain professional development through continuing education and training opportunities.
  13. Represent the hospital and department in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current License To Practice Occupational Therapy In The State Of Massachusetts.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Outpatient Neurology.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Neuroanatomy, Neurophysiology, And Treatment Techniques For Neurological Conditions.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
