1. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency medical calls within the hospital and surrounding areas.

3. Administer medication, perform invasive procedures, and operate medical equipment as needed to stabilize and treat patients.
4. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care, including vital signs, treatments, and interventions.

6. Stay up-to-date on current medical practices and procedures, attending trainings and maintaining relevant certifications.

8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following infection control and safety protocols.
9. Assist in the transportation of patients to and from various hospital departments and facilities.
10. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families, providing emotional support and comfort during times of crisis.
11. Serve as a valuable member of the emergency response team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients.
12. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
