As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at our hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and specialized care to children of all ages.   1. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  2. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments to accurately diagnose and treat patients.
  4. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed.
  5. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their health and wellness, including preventive care and proper management of chronic conditions.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric healthcare.
  10. Serve as a positive and professional representative of the hospital and uphold its commitment to exceptional patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Pediatric Nursing.

  • Current Certification As A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Pnp).

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Pnp In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Pediatric Diseases, Treatments, And Medications.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Young Patients And Their Families.
