- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments to accurately diagnose and treat patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their health and wellness, including preventive care and proper management of chronic conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric healthcare.
- Serve as a positive and professional representative of the hospital and uphold its commitment to exceptional patient care.
Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Pediatric Nursing.
Current Certification As A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Pnp).
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Pnp In A Pediatric Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Pediatric Diseases, Treatments, And Medications.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Young Patients And Their Families.
