
PhD Biostatistician
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated PhD Biostatistician to join our team at Massachusetts General Hospital. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing data related to clinical and epidemiological research studies. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clinicians, epidemiologists, and other scientists to design and conduct innovative studies. The ideal candidate must have a PhD in biostatistics, epidemiology or a related field and a strong background in data analysis, interpretation and reporting. We are looking for an individual who can apply their expertise in the design and analysis of clinical and epidemiological studies and provide guidance to junior staff. Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze data related to clinical and epidemiological research studies.
- Collaborate with clinicians, epidemiologists, and other scientists to design and conduct innovative studies.
- Apply expertise in the design and analysis of clinical and epidemiological studies.
- Provide guidance to junior staff.
- Apply data analysis, interpretation, and reporting techniques.
- Maintain and document research studies.
- Prepare and present research findings.
- Interpret and present data to stakeholders.
- Stay current on advances in biostatistics, epidemiology, and related fields.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and other institutions.
