  1. Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers to provide high-quality care to patients with cardiac arrhythmias.
  2. Assess and diagnose patients with cardiac arrhythmias, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  3. Monitor and manage patients' progress and response to treatment.
  4. Perform procedures and interventions as deemed necessary by the supervising physician.
  5. Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  7. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
  8. Stay current on advances and developments in the field of cardiac arrhythmias, and incorporate new knowledge into practice.
  9. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  11. Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
  13. Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  14. Attend training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Serve as a mentor and resource for other healthcare professionals.
  16. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  17. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.
  18. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies Or Related Field.

  • Current Certification As A Physician Assistant From The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).

  • Experience In A Cardiology Or Cardiac Electrophysiology Setting, Preferably In An Outpatient Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Cardiac Arrhythmias, Including Diagnosis, Treatment, And Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Physicians, Patients, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
